Very nice, but Background looks a little empty. Even if you will add some kind of landscape with DOF ( mountains or something ) - sure it will make a difference .
I like much this! the suggestion of CG-Predator is interesting too!
This is really great! I agree that the background could use some work, it is the main thing detracting from the image IMHO. I love how you balanced realism with the storybook look. Great job!

the mountain is a actual mesh, I paint it using 3 different rock texture.

There are some visible texture seams and stretching on the roof (some funky UVs on the tower wall, too), but other than that it’s a very nice image.
SOOO much better! The background now does the tower justice.
