I’m guessing you are just getting started in the 3d realm. The first thing would be to select all the spheres and set them to smooth. Also select the body mesh (where ever that front right foot is) and recalculate the normals, I believe that’s the problem there. My biggest suggestion is use references. You will get there quicker than you think
Add some fill lights can make it looks better, you used blender internal or cycles?
