I don’t think there’s a feature that lets you create a render within a render. Do you mean like one camera in the scene is rendering the rear view of the car and automatically sending it to the texture of the camera monitor inside the car? I don’t think Blender can do that. Real-time stuff like this…

Really cool! Still seems to need some work though. Disappointing that doesn’t work with Cycles. Also performance issues since Blender is not really made for this. I would think Unreal has some more ideal version of this feature developed.

Of course for a “realistic” renderer someone may even use a mirroring surface to compute the actual mirror effect… …or use a second scene with a backwards looking camera and compose this… maybe also using the famous OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR overlay text and of course some dirt…
