Cool, respect. Very short introduction of a big project  will test tomorrow!

Neat, looks super stable ! I wonder why some areas of the image are dark, is this because of the view transform, or something to do with ray depth ?

and what about the hair rendering ?

Oh wait a minute, reading the github, this is in fact a completely different render engine ?

Hi, thanks for comment. Yes there is a lot of nodes that aren need to supported yet. I’ll be updating the render engine periodically. It’s in an early state now.

Very cool project! Thanks for making it open source. Are there plans to have Linux support?

Very very nice! Why can’t it be used as final render?

It will but It needs to support almost the 100% of blender features (color mapping, particles, geometry nodes, etc) first

Just my two cent:

  • Do not “irritate” the viewer you should not swap the side where Ignis is shown..
  • Maybe also using some “flip page” or animated text effect to show: and now another comparison.

..waiting eagerly for a linux version.. :star_struck:
