Realistic antropomorphic characters - rigging and animation. Animators and Leads needed!

Hi folks, huge pleasure to join the Blender community!

I’m a founding partner of Allcorrect Games.
We are looking for multiple Middle 3D Character Animators and a Lead 3D Animator for an undisclosed game project for our regular customer.

Expected time commitment: 6-8 hours per day (Animator), 4-5 hours per day (Lead Animator).
Project time frame: Approx. 6 months (1.5 months for the pilot, 4.5 months for the bulk of work). Starting immediately.
Work format: Freelance, fully remote.
Scope of work: Rigging and animation of realistic atropomorphic characters (which consist of character itself, plus weapons and armor). Animation types: Idle, Walk, Attack, Take damage, Kickback, Drop armor, Death (some with multiple variations). 16 animations per character in armor (plus same animations for the character without armor). 10 characters in total.
Requirements: Proficiency in Blender, 3 years animation experience, ability to work with a limited number of bones, without deformations.
Rates: Animator 20 USD/hour (Animator), 35 USD /hour (Lead Animator). Monthly payments based on hours delivered.
New team members will be asked to perform a test (paid by us). Please note we can only pay for the test if the candidate can demonstrate a portfolio corresponding to the project requirements above.
