This is a hand that I modeled and textured over a few days. I used the Blender internal render engine and a little compositing.
Wow that looks really good! I always have troubble with hands, though myabe you can add more of a ridge to where the ringers connect with the rest of the hand, it looks a little flat there
I agree looks good so far, but i think that is too soft. Try to add sharpen on it or less blur.
And maybye you should use less DOF.
Other than that…good job!
