Realistic human

I photoscanned a sculpture my dad bought in Athens.

Here you can see the scanned model:

I had an idea to use a process I already used in an older project.

So I needed a photrealistic character, and I went on and created the mesh and painted skin and bump by hand

Im fiddeling around with this for so long, that I myself dont know what to improve to reach photorealism

please name anything you see!

PS: Cycles looks of course way more realistic, but unfortunately i dont have enough time to render it there :C

Real skin has more imperfections, like red dots, and so on . .

Also, the beard should have darker places, it needs more shadows . .

Too much SSS. It almost looks like an emission shader. Whilst SSS is important for skin, overdo it and it’s just wrong.
