Realistic looking puppets

Hi,

Looking for someone to model and texture a fuzzy puppet character - head, upper body and arms with 4 finger hands. The character is modeled in the likeness of a real person, and will also be wearing a men’s business suit.

For reference this is the style I’m looking for:

This is for a documentary that combines real interviews with animated flashbacks. I originally filmed with real puppets, but now I’m looking to MoCap the character. Rigging experience would be a plus!

What kind of system you planning to use for the mocap? A specific program like based on arkit system, FACEGOOD or maybe CC4 Mocap?
