It’s a great model, but where is the user meant to breath from? I would absolutely add an obvious mouthpiece.
@SFN: The hose contains the mouthpiece between the two clamps in front, and you can’t see it from the chosen camera viewpoint. It wasn’t “obvious.” This is probably an extremely accurate representation of what the actual device looked like. Truly excellent modeling and render. I love to see stuff which shows how historic pieces of equipment actually looked and functioned.

thank you for your feedback. Your kind words about the accuracy of the model and the render truly mean a lot to me. Staying faithful to how the original device actually looked and functioned was an important goal for me, and I’m glad I was able to reflect that.
actually, there is a mouthpiece, but it isn’t visible in this render. You’re right that it could have been designed in a way that’s more clearly recognizable from different angles. Thank you very much for the feedback.
