Recreate Smart mask with blender

Im trying to recreate Smart Mask from substance in Blender
Using mesh maps like ambient occlusion, Thickness, and curvature
What do you think? any feedback?

Interesting results so far. Did you get the initial images from Substance for starting your node tree here? I saw an interesting example for a space ship on YouTube that gave me some ideas as well as some stuff on X that was possible in Eevee with Ray tracing turned on.

Yes Im using map from substance to make it right now. Im trying to get it as similiar as possible for now. but im planning to make the maps with xnormal to make it free workflow currently playing with the bake option in xnormal to get similiar result with substance.

In case maybe someone want to make the maps in blender you can use this node.
Thickness I get from messing around with ambient node and the curvature I get from Riley Brown Video on Youtube.
For the grunge you can use any grunge texture or procedural textures.
I dont bake in blender because I use intel HD baking take a long time to finish so I use xnormal :grin:

Not sure how that viewport cavity thing is calculated, it would be lovely to have that in shader nodes.
