I Modeled this in 4-5 days by following the vitaly bulgarov course. Not as detailed as i wanted it to be because blender keeps crashing

crashed how lol?
This model is high poly so blender using soo much RAM especially the muscles which uses real geometry and not texture for the pattern
ah how much ram you have? you should buy a 16 ram extra (i guess you have 16 ram or 8) if you have these problems…
