Reducing the number of frames

Hi everyone.
I have a character loop animation. 21 frames. And I need to reduce it to a lower number. 10 for example.
What’s the best way to do that?

Edit: I might have misunderstood. Another interpretation to your question: scale your keyframes. In the timeline, select your keyframes, press s to scale them to your desired range.
