Remesh Making Mesh Look Weird

Does anyone know why remesh is making my mesh look like this? I tried applying the scale and recalculating normals but neither of those helped.

Turn “Shade Smooth” - W > Shade Smooth - this should help. You can also try turning down the remesh scale in the modifier

I dont see any problems, the remesh made it low resolution. What exactly is your concerns? The intersection or the polygons?
