I have several objects on the scene that I need to render separately. I made separate View Layers for these renders. I thought I’d use the “Render Region” option so it doesn’t render the whole scene every time. Unfortunately, I can’t set different “Render Region” for individual View Layers.
Is there any solution for this?
Hey! Have you tried “Render Single Layer”-Option? This is imao the easiest way if you want to render only one single layer

Why not just to set different cameras? I mean, you can set Camera.001, then you can set Camera.002, fixed their positions and finally run the render for each cameras step-by-step
I can explain it in more detail. I have two products on stage.
I don’t want one product to be reflected in another or obscure its light. That’s why I created two separate View Layer for these products.
In Composition, I made these View layers render separately and save them on separate layers to one OpenEXR file. Everything works fine up to this point, but it unnecessarily renders the entire scene twice.
Is there any script or add-on that will allow to assign different Render Regions for individual View layers?
I bought the add-on Brendon allows to create several separate Render Regions and switch between them, but I can’t get it to assign them to individual View Layers.
