Render stuck on random view + not matching camera

What’s up, I’m new to Blender and am having issues rendering. Whenever I push render image, it’s stuck rendering the same view that doesn’t correspond to any active camera. There is only one camera, and the rendered view doesn’t seem to respond to the camera view or changes to the camera placement.

There don’t appear to be any keynotes and I have the compositing and sequencer boxes unchecked. This set view has changed a couple times after deleting the camera and adding a new one, but it eventually defaults back to this same wrong view. None of the changed views have matched the active camera. I’ve worked with chatgbt to try to figure it out and nothing seems to work.

Here is the desired view in the Layout tab and the end result in the rendered window. Thanks!

I see animation on the objects in the scene. Is it possible that it’s the objects moving, and not the camera?

thorn, thanks for the reply. I right clicked on each layer and hit clear animation data for each object. The render output appears to be changing with the camera, but the shapes look different than in the model space. Not sure if this could be a hidden animation, shape, or what, but I don’t recall doing anything in the animation tab intentionally. Here is the updated layout tab and render window.

I figured out that the problem was a value mismatch between the “Levels Viewport” and “Render” tabs under the Subdivision modifier for each shape, causing it to look different in the render window.
