Hello guys!

Today I bring you the second boat finished.
It was quite complicated but the result is perfect.
We opted to put bamboo rods to try and it was cute.
The dreamcatcher is made of wood, rope and shiny pebbles.

Monday I will start a new one!

Hope you like it!
Best regards,
Rute Perdiz

P.S-I want to thank all the comments, which always encourage us to improve and continue … thank you

Hello Friends!
And we reached the end of another month! Hope you guys had great times! :slightly_smiling_face:
I’ve just loaded the Dreamcatcher boat to the scene:

Noam is already giving it a look :yum:

Meanwhile more and more textures are getting the painting treatment:

I’ve just now completed the moss and brown wood.

Wish everyone a great Sunday!
Until Monday!

Beautifull work, modeling, inspiration and project of course.
It’s also really sweet to share your project in such a nice way.

Am trying to find things to dislike hopefully there was some uggly recovered sketchs earlier in the thread :heart_eyes_cat:

I also must confess i did not resist to downlad the first pic of the second released beautifull boat !

So this is planned to be worldwide broadcasted in 2059 or 2069 ?

Yeah! …Hopefully sooner than that  but I don’t want to disappoint anyone so it’s better keep it 2059… just to be in the safe side

I must confess too that it’s a very heartwarming comment you’ve just made! Thank you!
We’re very glad that you are enjoying the project and above all our Quest!

There is some paint on the Island :upside_down_face: Finally :

(This is just the very first paint, it won’t look like this in the end)

I’ve tested painting the island with other 3D painting software first (Armory Paint), which, although yet in development, is a great and very powerful tool.

Ultimately I feel more at home with Blender, I don’t need to learn new things and as such I can work and solve problems faster with it.

Until tomorrow!

Hello guys!

Here is one more boat finished and placed on the scene.
Today I started what will be the airship, which after some research, drew it in draft.
I have a feeling this will be the hardest of all, but I will try my best.

Hope you like it!

Hello guys!

Today I’m still in the same boat, although it doesn’t seem to have evolved much, I’ve been trying to soften his round.
This has been a little harder to do so it will take me longer to finish.

I hope you enjoy how you are doing!

…And a bit more progress on the island paint:

Nothing really close of the final look… but at least we got rid of the snow.

Hello guys!

I bring you the balloon boat, that the modeling is almost over.
Today I was putting the ropes that support the boat to the balloon and adjusting some things.
I put some more adornments too. Tomorrow I finish all the modeling and start to texturize.

Hope you like it!

Awesome Ship! :star_struck:

Meanwhile I’ve started making the waterfalls:

Yes, they do are animated already… but still a long road to go to make them actually work good.
By now there is a lot of transparency issues… and several other ones too :stuck_out_tongue:

Looking more and more like the concept art at the beginning of the thread. What method are you using to create the waterfall?
