I trying retopology for my model… it looking okay with flat view… but when i try smooth shade, then happening this… how can i fix this problem?

You might usually observe a shading issue like this, when some of the normals are facing the opposite way from their neighbors.
To see this more clearly go to Show Overlays > Geometry > Face Orientation.
To fix the issue, in Edit Mode go to Mesh > Normals > Recalculate Outside. Hotkey: Alt + M
