Rig Skinning newbie issue!

Hi guys, as a rigger from Maya, I find rigging in blender really hard, especially weight paint.
I’m using autorig pro, and the eyes were influenced by the arms, couldn’t get them to right. so I removed it from armature and all.

How do I tell blender to influence the eyes from that head joint only ?
