Rigging help needed

I reached to rig a body, but I would like the head to be just rotating, but not deformed by bones. Is it possible to parent the head to one of the bones of the neck, so that it only rotates, without being deformed?

If the head is a separate object parent the object to the bone (Ctrl+P / Parent to Bone)
If the head is part of the same object as the bone give all the vertices of the head 100% weight for the bone you want to control it with
