Hi everyone. I checked some photos of professional rigging and mine

They have kind of circles for feet and other things which makes it easy to rig. I want to learn how they make that. Is there any tutorials for this then please let me know.

They are called custom shapes. If you google that you will find a lot of tutorials on custom shapes or custom bone shapes.
