Rigify: Bake pose to static mesh

Is there a way to bake this Rigify pose into a static mesh pose, without the rig?

In Maya, I could select the mesh and duplicate the mesh to bake the pose into the mesh. The duplicated mesh would be left behind in a pose without a rig. Is there a way to do this sort of thing in Blender?

In Blender, when I duplicate the mesh, it is still attached to the rig. If a try to delete the vertex group on the duplicated mesh, the mesh goes into a T-Pose. I cannot seem to bake the pose into a static mesh without the rig.

Hi @CocoKozzy

Apply the armature modifier in the stack [ via down arrow menu ] :

you can then delete the rig.
