I’m watching this guy with Zbrush discussing human anatomy. I wonder if that rim light setup he got can be done in blender sculpt mode?
Solely for sculpt mode - no. But you can add/edit studio lights in user preferences. There are four lights available per setup, so you should be able to make something close to that look, and then use that specific studio setup in Sculpting workspace.
Can you not just create yourself a custom matcap that features the type of rim lighting you are looking for?
