I am trying to animate tires rolling but i don’t want to have to manually do it. Is there a script or a good technique to make it easier.

Extend the IPO curve for the wheel’s rotation.

To do so, first animate the wheel spinning once by placing Rot keyframes as necessary. In the IPO Window, select the Rot curve for the wheel, click the Curve Menu and then Extend Mode / Cyclic. It will automatically repeat the IPO indefinitely.
