Maybe I’m just clueless but my computer only has an s video output jack but I want to get video from my tv to my computer. Is there a device for converting the s video output to input? Or is there another way to get television on my computer?
yes, there’s quite a few “video capture” cards avail. Check for your OS and PC for drivers and standard (PAL/NTSC).
The video ports are usually one way only. You get USB TV tuner cards but if you’re using Linux, check if there are drivers first. Examples are the WinTV for Windows and the Elgato products for Mac.
