Salt and Pepper Mills

Actually it’s just a kitchen HDRI. I saved the rendered image as EXR and uses Corona image editor for post pro.

Very nice… Can i ask you how you did the salt?
Did you use a particle system or rigid bodies to make like that little salt mountain =)?

Thanks mate, I’m glad you like it. The salt was actually an existing model from the internet but it could be done in Blender as well. It was a sphere that got shattered using something like cell fracture. Then, all the little pieces can be additionally duplicated using particle system, along with some textures to control their size and distribution. And of course, the edges can’t be sharp so using the bevel modifier is a must here.
