In Blender, there’s a Samples, like 1000,2000,etc.
What is the meaning of that? and where i can find it?

Which samples ?
Just remember the higher the sample number, the better the result (cleaner, less noisy) but the more time it will take to calculate.
You need to balance the two for the result you want and the time you are willing to take to get that result
You can simply experiment yourself by changing the sample number (very low, mid, high, very high) and see if you can see any difference. Do that then come back and share your results to show anyone else in the future who may ask the same question.
