Both of your Santorini pictures would be a perfect fit for books like I Spy and Where's Waldo, so many little details all throughout the image.
This is very good as far as diorama images go (in how it fills up the limited space established by this style).

The water looks fantastic. Some fluid sim would help elevated it more to break up the foam’s uniformity.
If only blender have decent caustic…I’d slap one on the wall.
