I think there is something to change around the mouth and the hair line, around the mouth : I think it looks too symetrical, maybe the smile could be more pronounced on one side, and I think the upper lip should be bigger than the under lip.
About the hair line, the color are too bright just before the hair line, some shadow would be good and some random hair too.
For the eyes and the ears, it looks great.
And the shirt, maybe it’s too symetrical.
