I rendered a pic based on 2 layers in the Compositor. The result looks perfect but when I save the picture only one layer gets saved. So halt the content is missing. I save as RGBA in TIFF or PNG - same problem. What settings did I miss? Tha ks for your help, Timo
In the compositor, did you plug everything into your compositor output node, of just a viewer node?

I combine the layers in an alpha over node and send the result to the viewer and the composite node as well as to a file output node. Looks fine in the viewer and the render results but the file is crap.
What happens if you bypass the file output and save manually?
When I do a “save as” in the final Render Window (that displays the content properly) the effect is the same.
Any chance you can attach a screenshot of your node setup?
