Is there a way to scale a object by 2 axis?
Just select your object and hit N for numerical input, and enter the desired values.
Thanks for the answer!
I understand that there is no way to make it by the mouse watching the results.
Well, You can scale it along one axis at a time, with S + MMB, but I don’t know about 2 at once.
actually, this is a good point, I have often wanted to translate or scale vertices in two axes, but not with a perpendicular view.
A way to exclude one axis from a tsr operation would be useful…

if you want to, for example, enlarge in x and y;
increase x, y and z (yes, all ;))
and then decrease the z
thats how i do the trick
