In this video I will show you how to make a Sci-Fi Portal Animation Between Worlds in Blender 2.9 EEVEE. I explain how to create the objects, set-up two different HDRI’s in a way so you can easily switch between them, use True Displacement in EEVEE to create the moon surface and make the animation including the animated materials and portal opening.
