I want to access the scripts menu like in 2.49 but I can’t find it anywhere, mainly I want the poly reducer script but I can’t find the scripts menu anywhere. Is there a scripts menu in 2.5? Thanks.
go to user preference and select addons
then enable the sript you need if included
there are some scripts available
but don’t remember if the one you watn is done yet in 2.5!
otherwise do it in 2.49 and import it in 2.5

Have you tried the decimate modifier?
@loopduplicate Yeah, there was some weird problem with the decimate modifier, I couldn’t use it.
