I think the answer to my problem must be very simple.
It happens while scrolling that I hit any unknown shortcut which brings me in a “can’t scroll too far - mode”. It scrolls very slow to a object but never arrives it. I don’t know what I’ve done and don’t know how to leave this mode (except close and reopen blender).
Any help?

I think you mean zoom right? Select the object and press the dot key on the num pad to center the view on the object. Now you should be able to zoom easy.
