Seams showing as Bump in Render and Viewport

I am modeling an aircraft and have the mirror modifier being used. I’ve unwrapped and texture painted the bump map for the panels. Issue is that anywhere there is a seam and also at the mirror point I get a bump (or line) that should not be there. I am using a 16 pixel bleed but still get this.

Any ideas?

Try turning off Auto-Smooth…
also make sure they weren’t accidentally marked sharp…

Thanks for suggestion, but no change. Not marked sharp. Tried turning off Auto-smooth, no change.
Also, this only shows at a distance. Closer views they disappear.

Try setting the image to non colour, the height map normaly uses non colour data.

@DNorman, Thanks! This seemed to correct it in rendering (more important), but not viewport.
