select/grab and move object

Hi,

Is there any way I can select/grab a specific object and move it around using mouse?
I tried (mouse over + left mouse + moues move) combination to grab an object using left mouse button and move it, but it did not work.

rmb (right mouse button) select, then GKEY or you can use the manipulator - you should read the manual though first, since these are all very basic things covered in the very beginning.

Are you talking about mouse dragging within the game engine? If so, it is going to require python. Sorry, I’m not very good at python so I couldnt tell you how.
If you are talking about in the regular Blender interface than LetterRip’s post should give you the required info.
