Do you know any working way to seperate the 3 parts of this model? So that i can move or edit them seperately in edit mode?

In the edit mode, select Full → P option and separate it into materials.

That is listing the different materials that have been applied to parts of the mesh.
If you switch to Edit Mode, and go to the Material tab in the properties view, there will be buttons that you can use to select the faces that are assigned to each material:
Then you can press P to separate the selected faces into a new object.
The P menu also has the option to separate the mesh by material. So you don’t need to make a specific selection. Just pick that option, and you will get a new object for each material.
