Sequencer: Effect -> Transform not working [Solved]

I can’t seem to figure out how to get this effect to update or smooth out.

When I use it, the image is scaled or movee to the final location for the entire duration of the strip. There is no transition. Am I missing something?:frowning:

I had to hold control and right click in the IPO window twice. Then adjust the dots to how I wanted them.
