BTW, server rooms are not silent — they are actually pretty loud. For the bigger ones you need ear protection (things like data centers). One the size of your picture should be fine to enter without, but you certainly won’t be having any long conversations with anyone while in there. (Imagine each one of those racks with a running vacuum cleaner in it.)
