Set enable all frames during gameplay?

I was wondering if this was possible. If you’ve ever used the enable all frames option, it always plays smooth, just goes really slow, like slow-motion. It might be a way to simulate slow motion, enable all frames and then get teh framerate to about 10 fps, and it’ll be like slow motion.

Hmmm… sounds useful if it works. Trouble is you can’t turn enable all frames on and off while the games running.
