shape key names not showing in editor

shape key names not showing in editor.
A pictures worth a thousand words.
I’ve tried uninstalling and installing newer versions.
Any body know what’s causing this? I’ve attached a screen shot of the problem.

Weird. Here, try my file. It just has a cube and 2 shape keys. See if it opens okay.
