The frog skin looks interesting… and also the shark-body-suit (sharbosu ?? )… Procedural shader or pre-produced material (a la MaterialMaker or similar… or even also Blender) ??

For the materials I used Substance Painter, just some basic noise bump for the skin, roughness variations and SSS. And for the cloth a premade material, just did small edits and some hand painting.
