I worked on this yesterday and I think it turned out alright. Please tell me what you think, and rate it please.
Looks good. Looks like a safety dart.
Looks pretty good modeling-wise, but I do they really make darts that blunt?
The plastic looks fine but for some reason the speckles look a bit off to me. Perhaps there overexposed; try toning them down a bit.
Lastly, the composition as a whole lacks color. Adding some color to the label and the tail would probably suffice.
Not as sharp as I’ve thought it would be, though. 
Yea, my friends have those. They stick on to a honeycomb dartboard. I don’t think it’s a mistake. Your model, textures, and materials look great, but add some color! It has an old 50’s feel!
