yes lylea876 was right, i was saying good job. Wires look good, and i agree with mcuinnessdr the eyes are definatelly too small. Great model tho

PS: Can anyone point me to some face rigging tuts ? I badly need some resources.

Try using shape keys instead . . . they require loads of co-ordination when animating, but overall they give more control. And once you get used to it . . . you won’t go anywhere else.
