I hate for my first post to be a cry for help, I have searched, honest.

I have got some of the basics down thus far, but I have run into trouble with trying to pose multiple bones in a single frame.

When I move a bone the ones attached to it move accordingly and it is fine, but if I try to move a separate bone and try to pose it in the same key frame, it doesn’t save, it only saves one bone adjusted, I made a work around for myself by using the next frame to pose the bone. Any help will be gratefully taken.

You need to select all the bones you have posed and then insert a keyframe, otherwise only the selected bone(s) will be keyed .

If you don’t want the hassle of remembering which bones you have posed in a frame turn on Auto Keying on . It is available on the Timeline header in User Preferences under Edit Methods . This will automatically key any bone posed/changed in a keyframe .
