I have followed several YouTubes and run many experiments and I am still unable to make a Rigid Body pendulum swing on a simple axel. Every combination of active vs passive or convex hull vs mesh results in the pendulum flying off in space. If I remove the axel, the pendulum drops peacefully down. Clearly, the two objects are repelling one another.
