Don’t understand what you mean by ‘good ones’
Instead of posting links to a couple of videos and assuming other users know what you are really talking about why not make it easier by posting some screenshots showing exactly what you mean.

i mean how do they make the lines and extrude them when they haved finished making the line

By ‘line’ you mean edge? If you select one vertex and extrude (E) it, you get an edge. If you extrude an edge, you get a face (quad). If you extrude many edges, you get many faces.
