Hey all,
I decided to start doing some archetecture…starting with a simple room. My goal is to render this in indigo when it’s done. :slight_smile:
Anyway here’s what I have so far:

Right now it’s just boring, you should add some archectual features that would keep the user wanting to look at it.

Ignore CD, he obviously doesn’t read what people write.

Some ideas:

  • the doors should have a frame around them
  • the walls should probably be thicker
  • the placing of the windows is strange to say the least. they are too close to the walls with too much space in the middle between them

Feel free to take a look at my current WIP, it is pretty similar to your project.

And one last thought: try measuring features in your own room/flat, you’ll be surprised at the real sizes and proportions of things

I wonder how many times goosey has been complimented on his avatar, I myself PM’d him about it!

Nice room, I agree with konrad_ha on the fact that the walls should be thicker.
