simplest FK/IK switch ???

I am wondering how to create a simple and efficient FK/IK switch for arms and legs for my character. Any tutorials on the subject? Thanks.

P.S. Blender 2.59+

A simple set up as used in blender 2.49 series…

If you view this on vimeo, in the description there is a link to a thread here on BA that has the file I created and it should work in 2.62. If it doesn’t, let me know.

If you want the controls to be in the UI, it requires python scripting…
