I tried to set beginning and end of the fluid simulation, but the Domain object kept appearing before and after the simulation.
Can anyone advise?

You need to set the timeline as well to start at frame 79.

Is there another solution, as you saw in the video, it begins with the cup coming out, and in the middle, the simulation starts, not at the beginning.

and you should be able to hide the domain from camera/render view.

Have you tried to keyframe the hide from render and unhide for the domain like this:

I did, and it hid all the simulation

Yes you need to create another keyframe for unhiding at frame 79 also make sure you duplicate the hide key and place it at frame 78.
