Did you find a font or model it?
and whichever it was, it’s just the name with a depth.
Easily be done quicker in photoshop?

Doesn’t look like too much can be changed. You might be able to make it stand out a bit, up the contrasting colors of the logo and the background, maybe just make the logo a little bit brighter, that might help it.
